Every renovation is unique, and at Patten Construction we have the experience and expertise to ensure your project is completed smoothly, and on time and on budget.

Custom Woodworking

We have the ability to craft your custom millwork in-house, allowing us to retain control of scheduling and quality for your products. Although we are limited in space, we have experience building kitchens, vanities, office cabinets, mantles and closets through our in-house shop.

Design and Planning

We have experience working with architects, designers and engineers, as well as design work in-house, on a wide array of projects. This gives us the ability to work efficiently through the permit processes and bring your vision to fruition as quickly and proficiently as possible.

General Carpentry Subcontracting

In addition to general contracting, we provide general carpentry subcontracting services. We have worked on many commercial and residential projects in some capacity or another, including concrete forming, framing, rainscreen and siding, interior finishing, flooring, millwork, and much more.
