Penshurst 2nd Floor Addition & Renovation

Completed in 2022, we were the general contractors on this extensive addition and renovation project. In addition to adding a second floor to the existing house, an additional 400 sq. ft. was added to the main floor giving a total of more than 1100 sq. ft. of extra floor space to this 1960’s home. The new exterior finishing, verandah and hardscaping provide sharp curb appeal, as well as a timeless and unique look. Inside, a large new master bedroom with walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom was added on the top floor along with a generous home office, while a new formal dining area and library were added to the main floor. This build included new custom cabinetry built in-house as well as new custom gas fireplaces in both the master bedroom and library rooms.

Westin Bear Mountain Renovations

From 2021 to 2022 we partnered with Dawson Wallace Construction Ltd. to provide carpentry services for the extensive renovations at the Westin Bear Mountain Resort. During this time we helped complete renovations to the signature bar and restaurant area on the main floor, as well as meeting rooms, ballroom and exterior of the building. We are proud to have been an integral part of this project and share in the commitment of quality and professionalism that DWCL provides to their clients.

Meares Park Place

In 2021 we completed renovations to the common areas at the Meares Park Place condo building. As general contractor, we worked closely with the strata council and designers to ensure work was completed in a timely and safe manner in this multi-residential building.
